chinese lanterns

with our special guest from belgium, philippe p., we went to the botanical gardens where they organized the yearly magic of lanterns. first we went to the insectarium, then we checked out the lanterns, sometimes nicely incorporated in the chinese garden, often too flashy and kitsch. gotta love those penguins though!
