mira

after almost 8 months working at studio apollo, i'm making a blog about my job. apollo makes the most advertisement tunes in québec, but also produces music for television series and films. i found one of the tunes i composed and performed on the internet. it's a song i made for mira, an organization that trains dogs for blind people. originally there were lyrics in english, but in the end they appeared not to be suitable for french canadian television. here's the link.

here's another tune i made for "creation pub". it's an instrumental excerpt from a song i did for my boss paul maco. on the same site i found some radio ads we made music for. here's one for ikea (that's me on spanish guitar), and here's one for tourism ontario (i made two of the three intros). readers (especially the ladies) with a lot of time can also check out the reversa website (one of my tunes has been used for a scene with a fireman at the open fire). but essential is the second commercial for rogers. i'm the one who yells "yihaaa" with a dutch accent.

really good to see (hear) some of your work! The Mira commercial is very good , although the Country Rogers one was probably the most fun to make :)

you should post some more music (work related or not- or should we buy it on iTunes :)
